Everything the owner said it was. Very well maintained, great pool, good energy amongst the neighbours,... our only complaint is the air conditioning that turn Miami into the North Pole! ... But besides that, everything was great. And Aby is awesome!

Having never been to Miami this was an excellent choice with Ocean Drive not too far away....The Pool is good and only criticism was that we did not have a daily cleaner.

While searching for a condo for me and my friends, I stumbled upon many rude owners and places that claimes to be better than what they were as the review were all bad. This place was nothing like it. First, the owner was very kind, and I was very impressed by the condo we had gotten. First, it was in a good location, very easy to find especially if you're coming from outside Miami Beach and dont know the area. There were plenty shops and food places at a walking distance. Also, the condo itself was clean and well kept, yet maintained a simple look. I would definetly recommend this place to a friend, college student, seniors or groups of people, as it is on Miami Beach.

Dealing with Devorah was quick and easy. Was very responsive and quick to answer any questions regarding the property and the stay. The condo itself was as described and clean. I would readily stay here again on another visit to miami beach.

Good location, walking distance from Lincoln Road and most bars. Apartment was spacious and comfortable, clean and well-maintained with lots of extras (iron, etc), the only problem was the Internet which kept going on and off. Would recommend to a friend, good value for the money!

This property is perfect for a great South Beach experience and is convenient to everything. Hello Relaxation was also very helpful.
