402 North Palm was an excellent location in Beverly Hills just walking distance to Rodeo Drive, Robertson Blvd., the Beverly Center or West Hollywood. I enjoyed the gourmet Bristol Farms Market within walking distance and the famous food trucks that parked in front of the My Space office building a few blocks away. The neighborhood was shaded, safe and beautiful.
The apartment was comfortable, sunlit and imaginatively furnished mixing vintage and modern feelings. The kitchen and the bathroom could use some updating but they were no different than what you find in many buildings in
the flats of Beverly Hills. This was an apartment, not a hotel suite. The bed was remarkably comfortable and there was tons of closet space. It was an apartment we lived in comfortably for an extended stay.
At the moment, parking was only available for one car. Hopefully, the landlords will work something out with the city for street stickers. On the other hand, taxi service was easily available and there were buses on Beverly Blvd.
Finally, the management was professional and responsive. If anything went wrong it was fixed immediately. If I needed anything , it came pretty fast.
All in all, we found a comfortable and fun place to live and made some friends while my husband was working in LA. |
