We spend one month in June in Santa Monica and we loved it. Perfect location, resturantes and shopping near by, and the view from our roof was amazing. The nice apartment had everything you needed. We would like to come here again, to Santa Monica .

Santa Monica Pier!

Location. location,location! If your family wants to stay by the pier, ( the santa monica pier is in almost all the disney shows!) This is the place! We had such a great time. Mary, who helped with every detail, stayed late for us so we could arrive on friday evening. We live in Las Vegas so it is a 4 hour drive, and well worth it! I would suggest you stay at this location, you will have your very own kitchen so it makes breakfast easy. There are many places to eat as well. We ate at California Pizza, it is very close. Go to SANTA MONICA! We loved it!

This place was great the fridge and stove came in handy trying to feed teenagers. the back entrance opens to the site of the original muscle beach, which is right next to the chess park. beautiful view of the ferris wheel on the pier. 1 minute from the best place to rent bikes or blades and just a stone throw from the beach. great places to eat like The Lobster, Rusty's surf ranch and the best pizza in the country Joe's pizza. you do not come to santa monica to stay inside but the place was quiet in the day little noisy at night and early morning when trash service came but hey Oh well. the owners are super nice and I showed up early and the property manager Mary hopped a bus from Venice and met me gave me a few tip on where to eat and shop... surfed most the time so coming back to relax and shower were great. if you are lucky you might even meet the bulding manager who back in the day played with Elvis... I definitly will stay here again.

Hi everyone, were here in Santa Monica. We're having a great time in our holiday. Weve been in LA for one month and we're loving it, we love staying here and Mary has been a great help for us. Thanks Mary. Everythings fine and we enjoyed it really.

Relax and vacation

It was a nice apartment and was really just 6-seconds to the beach!! My wife, daughter (2 and half years old) and me enjoyed so much our stay there. We were close to the Chesspark located in muscle beach. There was a playground also. We were to a walking distance of Santa Monica Pier, all surrounding restaurants and 3rd st promenade (our car was parked in the free place provided). The best was that you dont have to drive at all, the only negative point was that the apartment has no balcony (however you can use the common solarium located upstairs the building).

My Partner and I travelled stayed in this 1 bed apartment for in May, and I havent never felt more at ease in rented accommadation before!! When we arrived we were greeted by Mary, who was instantly welcoming and friendly. Included also was a beach parking permit which in Santa Monica's prime beach location is a huge plus!!! The apartment itself was large, bright and homely, the pictures provided really do not do it justice!The bedroom was very big, with a King size bed, extremely comfortable, a very large walk-in wardrobe and an extra free styanding wardrobe with extra pillows and towels and bed clothes.The Bathroom was bright and spacious, with the shower powerful and also a bath! Plenty of space around the sink area (good for a girl like me who has a lot of cosmetics!!)The Kitchen/Sitting room area was just fantastic, everything we could have wanted/needed was there. The oven was in perfect working condition, woth a 4 ring cooker on top. There was an abundance of everything, pots, pans, delph, even wine glasses!!! The sofa and armchairs were highly comfortable perfect for chilling in after a long day shopping! On the bottom level of the Building is the Laundry room, where there was 4 washers and 4 dryers, a bonus of not having to take ur dirties to a public laundromat!! (the apartment also came with pre paid cards for using the machines..a nice touch!)Finally... Location location location!!! A short 5 mins stroll to 3rd Street Promenade, where all the best shopping is at!! And, litereally, right outside the front of the Building, is the beach!!! 2 minutes to the Pier, the location could not get much better!!I cannot recommend this place enough, everything was perfect from start to finish and this would be the place I will return to everytime I go back :-)
