GREAT EXPERIENCE

We loved staying at the HelloRelaxation condo in Hawaii so we were thrilled to discover they also had a condo available for our convention in Las Vegas.
The condo was new and elegant.
Without a doubt the best feature was the large and powerful whirlpool. There is even a televison in the bathroom so you can watch it while you relax in the tub. The whirlpool gave a great foot massage (nice after walking on the strip).
The guests have access to the MGM Grand pools and MGM Signature pools. MGM Grand pools have lots of activity and even a river ride. The MGM Signature pools are better if you are looking for privacy.
We enjoyed the fine dining on the strip. We had lunch at the Olives at the Bellagio. They have a great balcony where you can watch the fountains sway to the music. We also enjoyed dinner at Wolfgang Pucks in the MGM Grand. Joe's Seafood in Caesar's Forum Shops was also great for stone crabs.
I picked up clothes at Tommy Bahama at the Caesar's Forum Shops.
The strip is full of amazing things. We enjoyed the shark reef aquarium (free mono rail to Mandalay Bay). New York New York has an amazing roller coaster.
We enjoyed gambling at the Freemont Experience. It has the largest big screen on the planet (stretches several blocks). Take a taxi to Freemont Street. There is a lot less walking than on the strip. There were several live bands playing on the street. The gambling is so fair that I had to wonder how the house gained an advantage. You can also play live card games for a lot less money than on the strip. Freemont Street is home to the free buffet if you sign up for a player's card. However, I had steak and lobster for $12 at Tony Roma's and my son had the ribs that they have been famous for for the last century. We had a free picture taken with a $million at Binions and they gave us $10 in match play to start out our card game.

Smoke free, Hassle Free, excellent room& location

I frequent Vegas and this was the best gem I've found. I will never stay elsewhere as this hotel has access to all the MGM ammenities but with the private quiet side of a resort without any SMOKE! We had our own kitchentte and room service as well as a Starbucks downstairs that saved us from waiting in line!!!We were able to get everywhere without a cab or waiting in line or even walking outdoors as the monorail stops directly at the MGM station. The room was great and bathroom was huge. I had a very easy time working with this owner and will always use them in the future!

Wonderful Vegas condo!!

The four of us were in need of stress free visit to Vegas, and this was essentially assured right from the first email to Hellorealxation! The service was great and we were immediately impressed with the condo upon our arrival. Very comfy beds, including the sofabed, roomy shower and fun double jacuzzi tub!
Roomy, comfortable, and smoke free!! If you have been to Vegas before you will know how wonderful it is to exit an elevator and not smell cigarette smoke right away.
Our group of four were so happy to not be charged extra to use the very well equipped gym, to use a towel at the pool, and none of the staff even hinted that they'd only help if a tip was already in hand. Overall, a great experience to stay at the MGM-Signature Suites, I will definitely stay again.
No cons at all, but for very little in the way of utensils in the condo, but guests do take stuff they do not own so understand it is tough to have such things (always) handy.
I look forward to trying other like properties elsewhere!!

Great place to stay!

My stay at the MGM signature was perfect! The location is great as it is conveniently located at the MGM hotel which has a monorail that will take you all the way down the Las Vegas strip. The staff was amazing and so helpful, I would definitely stay there again.

Great Space in the City

The MGM Signature facility is a great location to stay at in Las Vegas and actually delivers a lot of value.
I have now stayed here two years in a row while in town for business. This is the first time I have used Hello Relaxation, but really didn't feel like it was much different than booking through the hotel. I was able to secure a great rate and receive the same terrific value that I had the year before.
The room has most everything you need including a mini-kitchen area, whirlpool and large glass shower (even has a tv in the bathroom which is neat!). I enjoyed the large King bed, spacious work desk and large closet space. It's well appointed and, although not an ultra modern design, does fit quite nicely together and makes you feel quite at home.
In terms of service and cleanliness: the place was spotless. I didn't have any issues with maintenance, etc. It's in great shape.
A great feature of this unit specifically is its view of some Vegas' newest spots: Cosmo, CityCenter and Planet Hollywood. Also, you get access to all of MGM's facilities: restaurants, pools, fitness areas, etc. Internet comes with this deal as well.
I had a splendid time and was able to both take care of the business that needed to be accomplished and also to partake in the famous Vegas nightlife that is quite well known.
